I haven't been using MyInfo for a few months because it has stopped running well on my computer. When it starts the interface is blank and non-responsive; I just get the spinning "wait" icon. From there it sometimes eventually starts and sometimes it never does respond and I must end the process ...

Ouch! That's a lot more work than I want to do, Bill! I'll use another app before going through all that.

OK. But in the meantime it just means extra steps, which is not a good thing.

I'll capture all pages in Scrapbook where they can be edited and notes can be added. Then I'll have to recapture them again from Scrapbook into MI. Unfortunate.

Is this a feature we can look forward to in the near future ...

Couple of questions:

Can I edit web page captures in MyInfo?
This should be possible if the capture is truly a stored copy of the page.
Why does the Notes pane disappear for all notes except web captures?
E.g., if I clip part of another program's window and create a note in which to paste it, the ...

Yes, Petko, version 6.09 build 1243. (In another thread I mentioned that I can't find build 1244 and you asked me to send you a message from my purchase email, which I just did. So shortly I will have 6.09, build 1244 installed).

Similar web capture problem as mentioned above by user mirceglavni on January 31, 2012:

How/where do I download 6.09 Build 1244? The last email I received - as a fix to Build 1242 - got me Build 1243. But I see that Build 1244 is mentioned as the latest.

I'm using MyInfo Pro 6.09 (Build 1242).

I specified the backup location in Tools>Options>Save as K:\MyInfo Backups , yet no backup files have been saved there. Ever. Looking around it appears that my backups are going to:

C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Milenix\MyInfo\4\Backup\

Also some backup ...

The file I just downloaded - from the link in the email announcing the 6.09 update - is named 6.08, is the same exact size as 6.08, and shows a file date of 5/15/2012, while the first 6.08's file date was 5/14/2012.
