Dear developers and forum members,

Whenever I embed ordinary files (pdfs, word docs, excel sheets) they never show a preview in MyInfo, but windows wants to open these with their respective host program.

What am I doing wrong? Please help, if this issue could be resolves, I'd buy the program.
