I was wondering if the RENAME option in the Tree can be turned ON and OFF in the TOOLS - Advanced options.

Currently, when you click a document in the tree, one click
selects it but a second click allows a "RENAME" mode.
It would be nice if we can turn the RENAME option OFF and ON. In the TOOLS ...
