Telesto, you are absolutely correct. I forgot that I had previously posted the same request. I apologize for the duplication.
But the good news -- at least for me -- is that Petko is now considering implementing multiple tabs in a future major upgrade.

Tabbed notes
I would like to recommend being able to open two or more notes via tabs above the editor pane as can be done with Obsidian or Ultra Recall. Is that in the plans for a future version or update of MyInfo? Thanks.

Exporting MyInfo with multiple sections
I have a MyInfo 8 file with three sections. Is it possible to export ALL notes in every section of the .mnb file as Folders and Files in one move or do I have to export each section individually?

[fixed] List Perspective crashes
Using MyInfo 8 Professional 8.5.3 [8828] on Windows 10 HP Desktop
1. Open a Section.
2. Open the Lists perspective with its automatic Title column.
3. Add Column Updated.
4. Select a regular note and change the sort order of the list by clicking the up or down arrowhead in the Updated column.

Re: [fixed] Indexing problems with imported or added plain text files
Petko, I much appreciate fixing the indexing of imported plain text files in MyInfo 8.5.3.
Imported TreePad Lite .hjt files (either the ones I create or those exported by MyInfo 8) still don't get indexed but that is not of concern for me. I just won't use them.
Thank you for your continued work ...

[fixed] Indexing problems with imported or added plain text files
Global Search will not find words in the content of either imported plain text (.txt) or Treepad Lite (.hjt) files. It also does not find the content of plain text files added to MyInfo by drag-and-drop. But it does find words in the title.

Multiple tabs within one section
If I want to look at two items within a single section of a database, I have to open the second item in a new window which essentially duplicates the file explorer, the menus, the section tabs, etc. as well as opening the second item in that new window. I prefer to have multiple tabs for different ...

[planned] Delete entries in the "Go to Anything" window
I want to get rid of the entries in the Go to Anything window called up by Tools > Go to Anything or Ctrl-G. There must be a way to clear out the prior entries, but I haven't figured out how to do it.

Issues and Resolution
In a prior post [https://forums.myinfoapp.com/viewtopic.php?t=8136], my comments on the reliability of MyInfo stemmed from my own use of the program. MyInfo is truly a great program. It just wasn't working reliably enough for me. I emphasize "for me" because from what I read on this forum, that was ...

Re: [added] Desperately seeking DARK MODE...
Telesto, you are correct. My prior comment in this thread left much to the imagination. For the reason, I am going to write a new post to explain and clarify. Happily, this new post will contain what I hope will be a permanent resolution to the main issue I was having with MyInfo.
