I've upgraded to 6.01 and hoist is indeed much faster now. Thanks!

Re: Windows 7 jump lists no longer seem to work [MI6]
Also when I do manage to pin topic A in the jump list, then close and re-open MyInfo with topic B, then look at the jump list, it contains B in the 'pinned' list instead of A.

Windows 7 jump lists no longer seem to work [MI6]
I seem to remember that MyInfo 5.07 on Windows 7 supported jump lists and it worked fine.
But with MyInfo 6.0, when I have a topic open and right-click the MyInfo program button on the Windows 7 taskbar, the currently open topic isn't in the list. All I see is the MyInfo application icon and the ...

[fixed in 6.01]No context menu to copy in read-only window
In a read-only window of a topic, there is no context menu (right mouse click). I tried this to copy some text.
Later I noticed there is a copy button in the toolbar and copying works fine this way. But right-click copy is something that I'd expect to work as well.

[fixed in 6.01] Hoist is slow and not in context menu [MI6]
I like the new hoist feature a lot, much appreciated!
I expected to find the 'Hoist' command to be in the context menu (right click) of a node in the tree. It took me a while to find it in the Tools menu (and later in a toolbar).

Love the startup performance improvement in 5.06
I love "documents should now load faster" in 5.06! Opening large topics has become so much faster.
I vaguely remember an annoying progress indicator. Perhaps it renders and disappears so quickly that I don't even notice it, perhaps it was eliminated, I don't know. I just don't see it anymore ...

Search error: please write at least one search term
In 5.05 beta (download of november 25, 2009), when I search for "global-ignores" (without the quotes), I get a message dialog:
It seems the "-" confuses the search function. Please write at least one search term

Open file in both 64 bit Windows 7 and 32 bit Windows XP?
Is it safe to open and save a MyInfo file both on a 64 bit Windows 7 notebook and a 32 bit Windows XP computer? Or can MyInfo on one platform write data that it can't read on the other platform?

I already did that and you downloaded it (Repro.mio) from our website on July 21. When I open an item in this file 5.03 still crashes ("Error reading text data" and "List index out of bounds(-1)").Petko wrote:Could you send a sample at support@milenix.com?
