And why can't searches have other characters? Like I want to search for "Support:", not just "Support". Yet it always says "Please write at least one search term" when including non-alphabet characters. Searching can only be whole words? That's terrible.

I can't Global Search by substring . I have like "Randy" somewhere. I can search or Randy and find it, but I can't search for "Rand", it find nothing. What do I need to do to make it find "Rand" too???

Can I get multiple instances to run? I don't see an option. when I try to open a second notebook it just changes the first one that is already open. I would like two windows from two shortcuts.

I see, you have to right click on the icon, not the note name.

How do I simply change the note's icon to like a folder or something? I see nothing (in version 8.0).

Whenever I click a note to view it its always forcing me to view it from the very bottom. Like I'm always continuing to edit. There needs to be an Advanced Switch allowing notes to be viewed from the top. not bottom. see attachment.

Why can't I custom sort the first section? I can drag around the other sections where I want the notes to be, but the first one can only be sorted alphabetical?

I'm new. whenever I copy/paste info into a note its making hrefs and emails automatically blue with an underline. how do I stop this? they're note even clickable which is ok, I don't want any auto-detection.
