One more thing. I use the "favorites" option like crazy to jump around between projects.

I use MI extensively for multiplied dozens of tasks. I did create a few projects. However, I manage numerous tasks, subjects, etc... by creating tabs at the tops as sub-topics. So I guess I'm saying I do it both ways. I didn't want us many projects as I had when I was using TreeDBNotes. I ...

Is MI still being upgraded, updated, worked on, etc,? I guess what I'm really asking is, is this project still active? I just notice that so quite a few questions on the forum seem to have a very long lag time before answered. I'm really hoping to NOT have to go look for an alternative program ...

Ditto... when I use the hyperlink option it works perfect every time. And I use them very often.

BTW, this is still an issue. No one else has this problem?

On the font colors selection there is a "more colors" option. Can we please have the same thing on the highlighting option? Personally I use highlighting like crazy and would prefer more options in particular color ranges.

Generally when I delete an item I run the compact ( My OCD kicking in ), not a big deal just a cosmetic enhancement.


I too compact mine a good bit while working. I just created a custom tool bar that I keep at the bottom with all the commands I run frequently-- compact being one of them.

Have you tried running "compact notebook" manually? I do that frequently just to shave off any excess bulk.

Just to be clear, I truly wasn't trying to be snarky. It just seemed like with the amount of suggestions I saw maybe MI isn't robust enough for your purposes. I too use it for so many things, and I am a daily user.... really I use it all day--all the time.
