Yes, you can easily do the switch. First copy your shared files to your MyInfo Notebooks folder in My Documents and then change the notebook location in options to My Documents > MyInfo Notebooks. Or use any other folder on your computer doing the same..
P.S.: You do not need to move the .mbk files.

Fixed in MyInfo 8.5.4! We use our own confirmation dialogs now.

You need to:
1. Export all notes from Evernote to an ENEX file: To create ENEX file from Evernote, open Evernote, select all notes, and then click File > Export Notes > ENEX format.
