Re: Upgrade policy
Petko, Since v4 will be out later this year, I'm wondering what your upgrade policy is. Thank you. [snip] when we release a major new version (like v. 4), customer who purchased MyInfo in the few months before the release get the upgrade free of charge! Petko, thanks for your response. It is a fair...

My difficulty w MyInfo
revolves around pinpointing where selected data is going to land in the outline. The v4 road map/options list seems to address this problem & a few others which are of interest to me. The way I use the program means that I have had to create a greater # of files/topix than I would otherwise do i...

Save as format
Is it possible to 'save as' a document as a 'txt' file? If not, will it become possible?
For example, The Bat! email client has facility of email save as 'txt' file & other msgs can be appended. This is quite useful tool for # of reasons.
Thank you.

keyboard shortcut
Suggestions:
<SHFT><CTRL>. = bullet
<SHFT><CTRL>1 = numbering
IMO more natural (less to remember) than current shortcuts
<SHFT><CTRL>z = bullet
<SHFT><CTRL>x = numbering
Thank you for your consideration

Is there a keyboard
shortcut for restore after filtering for something. Right now it seems user has to mouse up to Tools | Filter Document
If there isn't a shortcut, can you add it to the ToDo list?
Thank you for your consideration.

email & MyInfo
OK.... so I see how to get email into MyInfo... Now how do I get something inside MyInfo to email besides copy/paste. Shouldn't/couldn't there be some kind of "send to" command in the context menu that calls the user's default email client & inserts the selected document w its textpage...

Can I import
CSV type files? It doesn't look like it to me but I'm not familiar w some of the file types listed in the Import dialog. If this does not exist I think MI should offer this; I am not technically astute enough to write a plug-in as suggested in the help file. Thank you.
