Timers

I use MyInfo for tracking the projects and tasks that I'm working on. I would love to be able to start/stop a timer when I start working on a different task and then analyze that information later on to see where I spent most of my time. Looks like there is a Web program for this: http://www.formass...

Hot dog! This is great news. I had just downloaded a Windows debugger to try to track down the issue, and finally resigned to go back to MyInfo 3.x or 4.x to work around this problem.

Thanks Petko!

Does anybody else have this problem? It is still a daily issue for me.

In version 5.04 I still have this problem. Even when it is not the active window, MyInfo is taking 10% of a dual-core CPU (20% single core).

When it is the active window, just moving the mouse around can cause the usage to go up to 30% (60% single core).

Backspace on multi-line bulleted list causes backdent

In the text pane, if you choose a bulleted list, and the bulleted list wraps around because the line is very long: * This is a very long line. Then if you place your cursor before the word "line" and press backspace, it causes the entire bullet to backdent (or outdent, whatever you call it).

Wow, I just had exactly the same problem!

I can't explain why it started happening, but I can't fix it (haven't tried re-installing yet).

I'm using Win7 x64.

Windows 7 support?

Hi there,

I'm going to try running MyInfo in Windows 7, but I was curious if you have tried it out yet, and if there is anything you want me to look out for?

Thanks,
Matt

I agree with this thread-- I used MyInfo before the terminology change and the previous terminology was more intuitive. I believe it was File (now Topic) and Item (now Document).

Hi folks,

Is this feature planned for version 4.0?

Also, there is still the issue of selecting a document in the middle of the tree, exporting it to RTF, and the Outline number being chosen based on the location in the original tree (for example, 3.2.1 instead of 1.1.1)

I was looking through the "What's New" for 3.58 and noticed that their is a drag and drop shortcut for cloning. Press Ctrl-Alt and drag and drop the document. Kevin Excellent! I think I read that same note but forgot about it. Ok, no need for a special button or keyboard shortcut. Thanks!...

Simple suggestion for cloning

Hi Petko, I'm starting to use the clone feature more frequently, and a handy shortcut would be to quickly make a clone of the selected item. This could be either through a right-click option, or a keyboard shortcut. Currently, to clone the selected item, I need to Shift-Ctrl-C, click on "Find S...

Outline level in exported RTF

Hi there, Here is one feature that would help immensely and may not be too hard to do: Multiple outline levels in exported RTF. Right now if I have a MyInfo outline and I want to create a Word outline, I export it to RTF, highlight everything, then select Format->Bullets and Numbering->Outline Numbe...
