Increase usability of links to external scripts and batch files

Currently, every script/batch file starts in MyInfo's home folder. Please, also allow them to start in

• their containing folder

• the document's folder

• a specified folder

Currently, script/batch file is provided with zero parameters. Please, allow the link to supply parameters from the Note, e.g., from a Form.
