Run on Windows startup

Hi,

I use the option 'Run on Windows startup'. So MyInfo starts and the application:
1) is displayed
2) then is minimized (in the task bar)

Is it possible to skip step 1), which is how most applications operate with a 'Run on Windows startup' option.
