Multiple problems all of a sudden

Post by Bob_Mack »

In the last few days, I've been having several problems that I've never encountered before.
  • Sometimes, but not always, when I try to open a notebook the system either freezes or crashes and I get the error message that follows.

    [Poco::Data::SQLite::CorruptImageException] MS C++ Exception at (0030CDE2){MYINFOCORE.DLL} [6061CDE2] MYINFOCORE.sqlite3_nusqlite_init + $167DE2.

I haven't been able to determine a pattern yet as to which notebooks this happens with.

  • I've been trying to import several Evernote ENEX files and although the MyInfo import function worked well for me before, it isn't now. The title of the Evernote notebook shows up as a MyInfo file but none of the notes transfer over. All I end up with is a 744 kb MNP file.
  • When I try to move sections around from one notebook to another, MyInfo crashes and I get this message:

    The application has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience
    NotFoundException
WHAT I'VE TRIED: I've tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling a new copy from the website, but that didn't help.

SYSTEM: I'm using MyInfo Professional 8.4.0 [8075] MyInfoCore 1.14+8070 on a Windows 10 system with a Core i7-8700, 32 GB RAM. Data files are stored on Dropbox.

I really hope there's an answer out there-- I've been using MyInfo since 2007 and I'd be totally lost without it.

Can you send me the file at support@myinfoapp.com? If not, please contact me there again, so I can try to give you alternative instructions for a possible resolution to the problem.
