Sort Siblings Once - Global

Sort Siblings Once as far as I can see only works on the focused folder, please consider making this a global feature as well ( maybe Sort Siblings Once Global.

Current: If I click inside folder 1 then it will sort A Z B to A B Z.
Suggestion: Click anywhere in the section and it will sort Folder 1 and Folder 2

There are two requests here, I think.

A Add (manual) 'Sort Full Tree'
Similar to RightNote, which has two manual sort options:
* Sort Full Tree
* Sort Subtree (equivalent to Sort Siblings in MyInfo)

B Add Auto-Sort Full Tree feature
Clicking anywhere in the section and re-sort the tree. Similar to (again) RightNote

I support both, but I would already be quite happy with a manual option "Sort Full Tree".
