new user trying to import askSam data

Hi,
I installed the askSam Free Form Import plugin. I followed Felix's instructions carefully, and mapped my askSam fields to custom attributes for antho-theo-data.txt. I created an ini file (antho-theo-data.txt.ini). Here's what I get:

I'm stumped.

I appreciated any help I can get.

Can you send me the .log file at support@myinfoapp.com so I can see what could be the cause?

Your initial message mentions a log file at: C:\Cloud\OneDrive\Projects\Data\MyInfo\askSam\antho-theo-data.txt.log

Mentions it, and then quotes it in full.

"C:\Cloud\OneDrive\Projects\Data\MyInfo\askSam\antho-theo-data.txt.log" is a local file.
It can only be opened by you.
That is why you are being asked to email the log file.

I attached the log file to an email sent to you on August 30.
Sent to support@myinfoapp.com.

I also quoted the full contents of the log file in my original post.
