[confirmed] Note Name is Partially Covered

Often when I create a new note and enter the note title name, the title become partially blocked at the top.

I attached a video "MyInfo.wmv.jpg", download and rename to "MyInfo.wmv" to view it.

Clicking on another note doesn't always correct it for me.
Restarting MyInfo solves the problem until it happens again...

I can't figure out how the problem arises.

Steps to reproduce
1. Insert a task note
2. Hit Enter to create a new note

I am not using a 'task template'.
However, I can now reproduce it with other templates that include a 'form'.

I can resolve this situation immediately by clicking on another 'note', as 'noone22' describes.
However, there is another circumstance where clicking doesn't work. In that case, closing and restarting is the only solution.

But if the problem no longer occurs, it doesn't need to be solved either...
