When I filter section notes for tag:WIP it shows all of the folders and the notes with the tag WIP. It would be nice to be able to turn on or turn off the folders from showing up in the filter results. Essentially you would be hosting only the notes with the WIP tag and not the folders.
Example: if I filter for tag:WIP is shows the folders and files
A
B
C
This is my first file.txt [ tag:WIP ]
D
E
F
This is my Second file.txt [ tag:WIP ]
Desired results is the option to enable/disable the folders
This would be the result of hiding the folders in the filter results
This is my first file.txt [ tag:WIP ]
This is my Second file.txt [ tag:WIP ]

I agree a - build-in - folder template would be nice to have, with a disabled editor. Folders different category of items in a tree. Illustrated here by show notes, no folders.
