I don't want to use the Tag field in a Note. How can it be removed?

How can I remove the Tag option from Notes?

This is the field at the top of a Note that says, "Click to add tag..".

1. Click the dotted button; a dropdown menu appears
2. Uncheck: "Show Note Tags" at the bottom of menu
