By dropping file to a note, myinfo can create a file link.
For the recent version 8.5.4 or 8.5.3, this can only work for several times. After try a few times, such as dropping file into one ntoe or different notes about ten times, myinfo will stopp response to this action. It fails to create file links.
Suprisingly, dropping file and creating links always work for version 8.0.
Can you help to solve this problem?

I am using MyInfo 8.5.4 [8195].
I am experiencing the same problems described in my testing below with solution requiring closing and re-opening the file.
Testing
Create a New note in an MNB file. The blank editor pane contains: Click to start writing.
Drag a file from disk to the editor of this new note.
The filename is a hyperlink with blinking cursor at the end of the hyperlink.
Drag the same file several times to this note and new hyperlinks are created.
Now create a sibling second New note.
Drag the disk file into this new note but nothing happens.
Nothing happens on several attempts.
Close the MyInfo file and then reopen it.
Drag the file into the second new note multiple times and now the hyperlinks are inserted.
