MyInfo for Family Medical Journal

Hello everyone,

I am considering MyInfo for organizing my personal knowledgebase. I am familiar with this type of usage. My question is about using MyInfo for a family medical journal. I would like to maintain a "journal/record" of medical history for each member of my family - things such as doctors office visit, symptoms, diagnosis, prescriptions, lab tests/results, procedures, insurace info, additional information gathered from internet and other sources etc. - and be able to search on the person, doctor, disease/condition, diagnosis, symptom etc. Has anyone successfully used MyInfo for this purpose?

Of course, I need more information to be more precise, but you can use the custom tree columns to add information about Symptoms, Diseases and Doctors and later filter on that info. You can also create a date column for doctor office visits.
