Is it possible to assign keyboard shortcut to different key?

I'm unable to find this in the Help file. If not, this would be a very useful addition.

You can change any shortcut as long as it is listed in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog.

And when there are limitations I use a program called "Macro Express" -- just another tool I can't live without. I manage 90% of my hotkey assignments from this program alone.
