Global Replace in TITLES also

it would be great,
if MyInfo could also Global Replace in TITLES as-well,
and not "just" in the notes body.

(like with an additional 3rd dropdown option "in titles only")

since often when you import files,
there are some special symbols
that cannot be displayed properly
in the Windows file explorer name

but they could thus be restored again
and still used again in MyInfo.

i might add to this also

that it would be also extremely useful
if the Global Replace could also replace
ACROSS all open mio files

thus it truly would be a time-saver

instead of being "only" able
to replace WITHIN
a single mio file.
