I am attempting to migrant to a Windows 10 machine from my main Windows 7 machine.
Installing and opening my largest file goes well. Saving my 85mb/10k'documents' file takes 34.5 minutes, up from 49.5 seconds on my win7 machine. During the ~34min, the cpu only peaks at 42% at times during the 'save'.
The win10 machine is a Kangaroo computer.

Any help would be great, thanks.

My win7 machine is a M72e Tiny using an Intel 520 SSD.

Sorry for the delay, kinda gave up on migration for a time due to the use of MyInfo being so important to my daily computer usage. I would love to solve the issue as the other PIM software i've tested lack the features I love.
PS I have made new files on the Win10 machine and they work great, the sheer size seems to be an issue, but it does not seem to be outside the limits of MyInfo, its about 88 MB with about 10k text notes (no images and very few URLs).

Your system looks more than capable of running MyInfo, but probably for some reason it is not very efficient when storing Zip files (MyInfo files are .zip files with different extension). It there a way to split the file in several ones?
MyInfo 7 will certainly do not have this problem, because it will no longer write the whole file on the system on changes, but I am not sure what could be done for MyInfo 6 aside splitting the file..
