When close Myinfo, get Not Responding message

When I close MyInfo, often it does not close.
Instead, Windows gives the Not Responding message.
The only way to close it is to right click on the icon at the bottom and ask Windows to force a close.

I have tried Save and Save all before closing MyInfo, but it does not help. What can I do to get it to close successfully when I close it?

How many open topics do you have? Can it close, if no topics are open?

I usually have 6 topics open.
Yes it closes fine when no topics are open.
