[planned] Created / Updated Field details

Currently I need to toggle the attributes pane to view the Created / Updated field details, please allow the ability to add the Created & Updated fields to a form ( as a read only ).

Thanks for the idea. Hopefully I can add this in some of the next MyInfo 8 updates, but there is a possibility that this change can't be backward compatible and it will have to wait for MyInfo 9.
