Using MyInfo 8 Professional 8.5.3 [8828] on Windows 10 HP Desktop

1. Open a Section.
2. Open the Lists perspective with its automatic Title column.
3. Add Column Updated.
4. Select a regular note and change the sort order of the list by clicking the up or down arrowhead in the Updated column.
5. Sort order works.
6. Select a "note" that is a stored document or an external link to a document and try to change sort order -> MyInfo crashes.
7. App has to be closed and reopened.

This happened every time I tried it. It happened with different databases.
Each time an error message was emailed back to MyInfo developers and the program then closed.

Anyone else have this issue?

I'm using slightly different steps, so might be a differently issue. Or multiple in the same area. Anyhow, there surely something wrong.

1. Open MyInfo
2. Insert External Document Note Type (Title: ABC) into new section (so at least 2 notes)
3. Attach some PDF
4. Add list perspective & activate it
5. The external note should be selected (ABC)
6. Press Sort Title -> Crash

Telesto, thanks for confirming the issue. Will await a resolution.

I can confirm that I am reproducing this behavior and will try to fix it ASAP.
