Cloning/linking across topics

I am currently using hyperlinks within a node to link documents in two different topics. Double clicking on the link takes me to the linked topic.
It will be nice if MyInfo can recognize the link without going through the browser and not display the web browser tab. It will be even better to have the option of displaying the children of the node that was linked to under the node that was linked from (like cloning).
Thanks for writing such a powerful application without the accompanying visual clutter. I think I am ready to pay

I am not sure that I understand that one. All you need to do, in order to insert a link to document in other topic, is to copy the link to that topic using the Copy Link To This Document command and paste that link in the other topic's document.
Launching such link, opens directly the target document, without showing the web browser tab. The only case, when the web browser tab is shown, is when the link points to a web document. Is that the case?

Sorry I didn't make it clear enough. I am trying to link to another topic from the node (column pane), not from the document. Linking from the document works as expected.
This is what I did:
Insert>Web Document
Text to display: Test
Address: myinfo://C:\Topics\Scratch.mio*2
This almost does what I want, except that there is a web tab now. I guess I am looking for a similar option that is not a hyperlink.
For example:
Insert->MyInfo Document
Text: <text>
Address: myinfo://...
or something equivalent.
Let me see if I can draw a tree to elaborate this:
- Work
.....+ Features
.....- Bugs
..........85123
..........84327
..........81234
- Personal
.....+ Addresses
.....- Errands
..........Go to DMV
..........Pay Bills
-ToDo
......- Today
.........<Link to Bug 85123>
.........<Link to Go to DMV>
I use a horizontal pane for ToDo and added ToDo specific columns to this topic. Note that if I added links within the document (as opposed to adding a node link), I would have to retype the document name, notes etc. I also would not have the 'task' state images or any of the additional column attributes.
