Word's [Shift]+[F3]

Just about the most useful text-editing trick I've ever used was (old) WordPerfect's [Shift]+[F3] "Rotating CAPs". It is so useful to those of us who make a living writing that even Microsoft included it in Word as an "undocumented feature."
Highlighting any text the hitting [Shift]+[F3] repeatedly rotates the text between:
1) Headline Caps Like This
2) ALL CAPS
3) no caps at all
It would be great to have this in MyInfo!
