i.e. link to file on HD isn't functioning on my machine.

Example:
Save a web page w Net Snippets
Open the file in browser
Copy file address in browser, send to MI topic
<CTRL>click on link in MI
nothing happens

Also IMHO dragging onto systray icon should open systray MI menu of pasting options. It now requires a click on my machine. w2k - sp4
