For v4, could you add hyperlinks to points within documents? I looked around briefly and didnt see this in the current version. I know Keynote did this, though it used a character count as the reference point so if you added text the hyperlinks shifted... dont know how easy this would be to add.

Yes, this is in the roadmap:

Hyperlinks to document paragraphs

I don't know any details yet, but it will probably work like hyperlinks to paragraphs in Ms OneNote.
