backup question

I have noticed that myinfo makes a lot of temp files in the folder. But if I want to back up my databses to a CD, just to protect against possible data loss, is it sufficient for me merely to copy the main "mio" files?
Are the "mio" files still able to be launched, and will they contain all data, even if temp files associated with them are absent?
Thanks for your help.

You need to backup only the .mio files.
Temp files are left over sometimes, but MyInfo (version 3.59 and above) cleans them up when they are two days old. Backup files, just contain the previous version of the .mio files, so you do not need to backup them either.

Above? Where is that file available?

I mean that versions from 3.59. Currently, 3.59 is the newest version.
