Hello,

This isn't a major problem but an annoyance. I exported a myinfo file to web site and experienced a problem with any document that used the font "times new roman", size 12, black. The resulting export to web site of any document using that font was illegible for that particular document. It just shows as a large black line. I am using registered version 3.59 of myinfo.

In order to tell you what is causing this problem, I need the topic, which you exported. Please send me the file (you could strip any unnecessary documents from the topic, if it is too big) at support@milenix.com?

I can't send you the file because it's full of confidential information and it's a large file. Too big to go through and get rid of all confidential information. I did try to duplicate the problem in a smaller file by copying the problem documents from the original file to a new file but I couldn't reproduce the problem by doing that so for the time being, I'll just have to change the font on those documents. Thanks anyway. There's a problem there but I understand now why you would need the file. I just wish I had the problem in another file that wasn't confidential.

Maybe you will be able to reproduce the problem by exporting just the document to a new topic? You can do this using the File > Export > Selected documents to a new topic command. If this document has subdocuments, just delete them in the exported topic.

You're brilliant. I was able to export one of the problem documents to a new file named petko.mio and sure enough, when I export that file to a web site I get the problem. Yeah. I'm sending it to you in an email now.
