I've owned and liked MyInfo for a while, but have always been bugged by a minor inconsistency.

Don't know if it's a bug (support issue) or a behavior I should suggest you change in the version 3:

As long as I keep MyInfo open, I have no problem copying info from MyInfo to other progams using the standard Edit>Cut, Copy and Paste options.

But if I copy text in MyInfo, then close MyInfo and then switch to another program, I find the Paste option is greyed out.

That's NOT how most of my Windows apps work. Most leave data on the Windows clipboard even after they're closed. I think that would be a better default behavior for MyInfo too.

Jim, this is fixed for MyInfo 3. However, I am afraid that it is out of our control to fix it for MyInfo 2.6 too (MyInfo 3 uses new text editing engine).

Thanks for the info. Glad to hear version 3 will have lots of improvements, including the revised clipboard behavior. Look forward to trying it out.
