I have several issues with the new split screen for web documents in MyInfo 4.0:

1) When I maximize the note window, this is preserved when I jump between web documents and topics. When I maximize the web resource window this is lost, I get split screen again when I jump between web documents.

2) When I define a certain ratio between note window and web window, this is not always preserved when I change between topics. Sometimes the ratio changes, sometimes not.

3) In MyInfo 3.60 it took 2 mouse clicks, to get to a full size web window within MyInfo:
- click document name in tree
- click "Web Resource"

Now it takes 3 mouse clicks:
- click document name in tree
- click maximize button of web window (on the far right!)
- click "click here to open the link"

I consider this a serious decline in usability. I could save "click here to open the link" by turning on "automatically open web resources" but then I get needless internet traffic even though I only want to see my notes on some web documents (I have maximized the notes window all the time)

4) The split screen windows looks like "real windows" but they do not behave as such. Double clicking the title bar should maximize/minimize the window (which is Windows standard) but in MyInfo it does not.

5) You have changed the display order from "notes, web resource" to "web resource, notes", which is less natural to me.

Having said all this, can you bring back the MyInfo 3 way of displaying and handling web documents? Maybe via compatibility options?

We will work on this. I think that there are some things that can be done in order to improve the usability of the new web resource view style in the next releases.
