Move filter drop-down list to the *bottom* of the window

When you select the Filter tab you then have to look up at the top of the window to pick a filter (if you're not usng the default filter--which is a cool feature btw).
This causes both confusion (user might not immediately discover the filter list) and then later usability (you have to make a fine motor movement to click Filter tab then gross motor movement to go to top of window then another fine motor movement to select a filter).
Alternative: move the tabs to the top o the screen. I think that's an even better idea as it makes them a bit more prominent.
