I sometimes have tasks that should appear in two places.

For example:

I have a project "Verify foreign language work with all programs". I have a task for each program "verify program X works with foreign languages".

But I'd like include the "verify program X works with Hebrew" task under the ProgramX Project.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMPATIBILITY
-Verify Program X works with Hebrew

PROGRAM X TASKS
-Verify Program X works with Hebrew

I could try doing this with tags but I'd lose all of the sequences that I created under Program X TASKS if I just looked at tags.

Yes, you can use clones (Insert > Clone) for this.
