List Index Out Of Bounds

Frequently, when using the "Send To MyInfo" extension in Firefox, I get the error message "List Index Out Of Bounds (5)"

Sometimes I can paste the material into the document manually and continue working, sometimes I have to shut down MyInfo and restart it.

Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix this?

Does this problem happen with some particular web sites? If so, could you tell me some URL, so I can check that?

Thanks for the response, Petko.

There is not one particular web site where this problem occurs, but it often happens when I clip articles from newspaper web sites.

The most recent example is here:

What version of MyInfo is installed on your PC? I am asking, because I could not reproduce the problem with the latest version of MyInfo (4.23) installed?

Running 4.23 myself.

And I'll emphasize- this happens often, perhaps once every 2 or 3 days, on a variety of web sites. It's not as if this was the first time I encountered the problem.

Thanks for looking into it!

Maybe I didn't understand it correctly. So, does the problem happen everytime you try to paste for example the above URL, or it happens randomly (we are speaking only for the above URL, I understood the situation with the other web sites)?

Sorry, Petko- perhaps I did not explain clearly.

This happens randomly, when I am trying to use the "Send To MyInfo" extension in Firefox. I often clip material from newspapers all over the US, and I cannot find any reason why this problem occurs with some sites and not others. It happens most often when there are images in the portion of the page I am trying to clip, but sometimes it occurs when there is only text.

The URL I provided was the most recent example, but certainly not the only one. I just now tried clipping this same page again, and it worked okay. The previous time, I got the error message... it seems totally random!

Happened again this morning with a different article from the same newspaper's web site:
