Search not working with Japanese characters in 4.23

Search box seems not working when you try to find words in Japanese in MyInfo 4.23.
When I type in Japanese into the search box and hit enter, a dialog with following message appears.
"No, or too many, documents were found for these search terms."

I believe it was working fine in previous releases.... but I am not sure until which version, since I rarely use search.

After fixing the search issue in one of the 4.xx version,
search does not work with non alphabetic characters.

To: Petko,
Although this seems minor,
improving on internationalization on MI will definitely increase
your customer base.

The uservoice results all make sense, but I hope that you
notice that it is biased to already existing customers.

Potential customers can't vote yet=p

We are investigating this problem. It is very important for us to make the search work for non-western characters too!

This is so by design. You can search for non-alphabetic characters only.

If you want to search for such characters you have to combine them with some word in a phrase search (for example "room." or "sound - ").

I just would like to report that this problem is fixed by MyInfo 4.25 release, at least in my environment.

I also like to remind for other users that there is a small pitfall in search function - if you want to search a phrase that is not placed in beginning of a token (where token as characters separated by spaces), just wrap your phrase around by * to get desired result.
