Web page titles containing German umlauts (and other German special characters like "ß" or other special characters like the En dash) get garbled, when sent to Mozilla Firefox:

For instance, if the title of the web page is

Gießhübl — Wikipedia

then afterwards in MyInfo it is

Gießhübl – Wikipedia

I'm using Windows XP and Firefox 3.5.5 (both German edition) and MyInfo send to plugin 1.6.2

I'm now using Firefox 3.6 (German), MyInfo 5.06 and MyInfo send to plugin 1.6.7 and the issue described in this topic still persists. Will it eventually be fixed?

It works with the Internet Explorer plugin, so we should be able to fix the Firefox plugin too.

This will be fixed in the upcoming update.
