I searched these forums for an old post of mine. I couldn't find it by looking for words that it contains, but I had no problem when I searched "by author" for myself.

Then I did some experimenting, and it seems that the forum's keyword search is not finding any posts dated earlier than 2010.

I checked my search parameters, and they all looked reasonable. In particular, I used "All Results" for the "Limit results to previous" parameter.

Any thoughts about what I might be doing wrong? Or, is anyone else having problems finding old posts in these forums?

The search should work ok now. The problem was caused by the recent forum software update.
