Hi,

We've been using MyInfo to manage a document on a shared drive, however something has happened (the network drive has disconnected or something) and the document has become locked so we can only view it. Is there anyway to unlock it in MyInfo?

In most cases a topic is shown as locked, because it is already open by another user on the network for editing (it can be edited by a single user only) or if the file is marked accidentally as read-only.

If this is not the case and the problem is caused by the network, a possible workaround it to copy and paste the file under a new name. Then you will be able to edit it.
