keyboard commands for insert date only or time only?

I thought I saw somewhere that there are keyboard shortcuts for inserting date only and time only but now I can't find it. I tried some obvious choices but none of them worked. Am I deluded about this? (Again!)

Have a look at "Tools/Keyboard shortcuts". You can change them to your liking.
Currently <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<I> is insert time
and <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<a> is insert date

That must be where I saw it; forgot and expected it to be in Help. Thanks!
