I must say, i havent been using the product since the 2.0 days, but its gotten so much better. You could market this to the GTD (Getting Things Done) crowd with just a few improvements.

The biggest change is filters. They are awesome, except for the confusing interface (better way to save and switch between) and that it returns just a dumb list. Why not have a flattened list of documents that keeps the column attributes and is sortable, etc... that would be huge.

If you play around with MyLifeOrganizer or EverNote, this blows those away.
