Problems with pasting text in Outlook webmail

Hello,
Sometimes I paste text from MyInfo in an Outlook Webmail message. However, the text is cut off at non-standard characters, such as รถ (O Umlaut). Is this a bug or a missing feature? If I first paste the text in MS Word and from Word in Outlook Webmail, the problem does not occur.
