I'd like to know if there is a way to change all text pasted to myinfo
documents into a specific style/format or font.
Thank you very much for your help in advance.
automatically remove/adapt format of pasted text
You can do this by first changing the style in the text editor to the desired one and then using Edit > Paste Advanced > Paste Text.
thank you for your quick reply Petko. This works very well - just now though i noticed something.
i am currently pasting a lot of text which already contains formatting like fonts, bold text etc.
i'd like to change the font, while maintaining the cursive/bold parts of the text.
But wehn pasting from some sources, MyInfo displays the text in a "default font" which does not look like the source at all. When i try to change the font, only certain fonts can be applied. I can apply Arial via a Style - but then i loose all preexisting formatting.
I can work around this problem by pasting the source text to word first, changing the font to arial and then pasting it to MyInfo. But this is a very cumbersome process.
I suspect this is a problem with pasting embedded fonts.

Can you send me an example web page, so I can test? (at support@milenix.com)
