I have had this problem in the past and you were able to help me but my hard drive crashed and that info is long gone.

I have several *.out files that I have created with MyInfo (version 2.6) and I am unable to open some of them (others, ceated same time frame, open fine).
I did NOT password protect these files but when I try to open them they ask for a password.

I hope you remember how you helped with this before - I really need these files.

Please first see if you have thier backup copies (file with the same name, but with ".mbk" extension instead of ".out"). If not, send me the files you could not open at support@milenix.com and I will check them.

I found the .mbk files and renamed them to .out.
When I opened them they asked for a password also.

Am sending you one file now.
