Close Tip Does Not Honor "Don't Tell Me Again" Checkbox

Just upgraded from 6 to 7. When I click the X on the window, the box telling me it will not really close, just minimize, keeps on appearing. It will no honor the clearing of the check box to not tell me again.

Ed, the checkbox should be ticked in order to not show again (Don't show this tip again).

My bad. I did not even read the text, just toggled the check to off and went.
