Bug report form: 500 - internal server error

When submitting a bug from the bug report form in the application I always get a 500 - Internal Error message back. Since I have had at least one bug/ crash every day, often several for the last couple of weeks (I will report it in a separate post) this bug is annoying, and hopefully should not be too hard to track down.
