Hello,
When I update MyInfo 7, I lose my pinned icon in my taskbar.

More specifically the following occurs:

• I have MyInfo 7 pinned to my Taskbar on Windows 10.

• MyInfo 7 prompts an update.

• I accept the update; it downloads the update.

• The installer runs.

• The icon on my task bar vanishes.

• Installer completes and asks to launch MyInfo 7.

• I accept the launch request.

• MyInfo 7 spawns a new icon at the end of my task bar.

• I pin the new icon, and resort it among my taskbar.

Commentary:
I don't mind this behavior for major version upgrades; but, for minor fixes this gets burdensome and incentivizes me to avoid updates.

Here is what I know. I have been emailing Petko. There was a problem with the build numbers. Petko is working on resolving that. What happened was the update said that build number was 6885 when it fact the program would not change the build number from 6865 to 6885. The latest build is now 6888. If you run the update again, you should see the new build and it will update correctly. I hope that helps.

This will be fixed with the next update. Thanks for noticing it.

Writing to confirm this was fixed in MyInfo 7.0.9.6902.
