Note has Click to start writing... superimposed on first line.

When I do a Global Search and click on the results, I'm getting the new note text -
"Click to start writing..." superimposed in the first line of the note.
It doesn't happen on every result I click on, but usually the first one and then randomly every 2 or 3 other result selections.
Notice it happening in last update but waited to see if it changed in 7.2, it's still doing it.
